We have a Customer Service Department highly specialized in assisting the customer by offering all users a post-sale service through which consultations are solved on-line, giving detailed information about traded products and services, and filing orders and claims which may upsurge.
Our Call Center grants customers satisfaction programs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Telemarketers’ training is permanent in order to improve customer-company relation. For such purpose, we have our own Telemarketing School with 160 students per month.
Call Center facilities are equipped with the highest technology; specifically, all PCs have a Software suitable for assisting customers and orders on line.
